Applications for Secondary 1 Waiting List / Transfer Students at All Levels (Year 2026-2027)

申請者可親臨本校校務處遞交申請，
或下載報名表電郵到mail@jcctm.edu.hk
報名所需呈交文件：
1.派位證
2.入學註冊証
3.學生身份證正本及副本;
4.小五及小六成績表正本及副本;
5.證件照一張；及
6.各類獎狀或活動證書正本及副本(如有)
請帶備學生身份證或出世紙正本以備核對。
獲選申請者將會獲電話通知參加面試。
Date: From July 7, 2026 (Tuesday) onwards
Time: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Interview Arrangement: Shortlisted applicants will be notified by phone.
Applicants may submit their applications in person at the School General Office, or download the application form and email it to mail@jcctm.edu.hk.
Required Documents for Application:
1.Allocation Slip
2.Admission Slip
3.Original and photocopy of the student’s Identity Card
4.Original and photocopy of Primary 5 and Primary 6 school reports
5.One passport-sized photo
6.Original and photocopy of award certificates or activity certificates (if any)
Please bring the original student ID card or birth certificate for verification.
Shortlisted applicants will be notified by phone to attend an interview.
